Recipe: Gin-Gin

If you’re like us, this whole quarantine thing has opened up some time for creativity in the kitchen and in Karl’s case, the bar. Check out his recipes for The Gin-Gin and Swedish Sunrise. Delicious. What time is it?



  • 2 oz. Gin
  • 1/2 oz. Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur
  • Sliver of Fresh Ginger
  • Ice
  • Ginger Beer
  • Lime Wedge


In a tall glass, or red wine glass to mix it up. Just a bit! Combine the gin and the ginger liqueur. Give it a few turns with a spoon.  Fill the glass with ice. Add ginger beer to your taste. Give it another quick swirl. Garnish with a fresh squeeze of lime!
