What’s your favorite gadget or kitchen tool? The fish spatula by Lamson-Sharp, it is a must have and is my go to spatula in the kitchen. It is the only tool in my knife roll other than my knives!
Who’s hand would you be like to shake? Why? Chef Jose Andres – I am in awe at the amount of work he’s done in an effort to help and feed people in need. It is inspiring.
