PASTRIES AND VIENNOISERIE

Almond Croissant  

A croissant that’s cut in half, soaked with almond simple syrup (almond extract, water) filled with almond cream (ingredients: almond, butter, almond extract, salt, sugar, rum). The croissant is topped with sliced natural almonds.

Croissant

Seasonal Gluten-Free Muffin

Kouign-amann 

Ingredients: Butter, Sugar, Flour, Salt, Yeast, Milk, Eggs.

Monkey Bread  

Lamination dough (ingredients: flour, butter, sugar, salt, yeast, milk) cubed and tossed in cinnamon sugar, raisins and pecans, baked and dusted with powdered sugar.

Pain au Chocolat  

Ingredients: Butter, Sugar, Flour, Salt, Yeast, Milk Calavo (Swiss German) 57% Chocolate.

Ham and Cheese Croissant  

A croissant that’s cut in half, filled with sliced ham, cream cheese, gruyère comté. The croissant is topped with gruyère and baked. 

*May be offered hot-warm in the oven at 375 degrees for about 5 minutes or until hot.

Quiche Lorraine 

The quiche is filled with gruyere, bacon, whipped eggs and heavy cream. It’s a very delicate light custard texture.  

*Warm in the oven at 375 degrees for about 10-12  minutes or until the center is hot.

Dark Chocolate Cookie

Ingredients: Rice Flour, Cocoa, Tapioca Flour, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Xantham Gum, Salt, Chocolate, Brown Sugar, Sugar, Eggs, Oil, Vanilla, Powdered Sugar.

Crepe Cake  

Vanilla crepes (ingredients: flour, sugar, salt, eggs, vanilla, butter, milk) layered with vanilla Chantilly (ingredients: milk, sugar, yolks, vanilla beans, gelatin, cornstarch). The top is bruleed with fresh berries on top.

Shortbread is a dense type of biscuit that is made with sugar, butter, flour, salt, and vanilla.
